We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for our products, ensuring that no matter where you are, you can experience the quality and craftsmanship of Genuwine Cellars. 

If you are concerned that you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Terms: 

If you require any special accommodations such as lift gate assistance or call-on-delivery, please contact us (note, additional services will incur extra charges beyond the base shipping fee.) We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Genuwine Cellars Reserve is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
  • The freight company is responsible for curbside delivery only. This means the delivery will be made to the curb at the end of your driveway or street.
  • In cases where your street is difficult to navigate, you may be required to meet the delivery truck at the nearest accessible point to your curbside.
  • Some items are considered oversized by the freight carrier. You will be notified prior to shipment. These items may require assistance to remove the shipment from the truck. Most crates can be handled by 4 strong people, but more people or a forklift may be needed in some cases. The shipper and freight company are not responsible for additional costs associated with the delivery or pick up of oversized crates.
  • In the event of a manufacturing error, we can only arrange for pickup from the initial drop-off location.
  • It is crucial not to destroy or dispose of the crate in which your order is shipped. We are not responsible for providing a replacement shipping crate if the original is discarded or damaged.
